I enjoy helping others tap into their internal strengths as they endeavor working through their past experiences and the challenges of today. Individuals are encouraged to utilize emotional and relational resources at their disposal along their journey to wellness while being offered a safe, authentic, and empathic environment to explore behaviors, feelings and thoughts that may lead to internal or relational discord. This perspective will allow one to develop self-awareness, assertiveness, and healthy boundaries to gently address the important areas of life in a productive manner.

Being a licensed clinical professional counselor, I use techniques drawn from several evidence-based treatment orientations, including person-centered, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Let's continue your journey to wellness together. Collaborating to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
